Dr. Caterina Schweier
Dr. Caterina Schweier joined Dr. Stemmle’s practice in 2022. After studying medicine in Munich, Dr. Caterina Schweier completed her residency at the University Eye Clinics in Heidelberg and Zurich. She then worked as a senior physician in surgical training with a focus on cataract and eyelid surgery as well as the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma diseases at the eye hospitals in Winterthur and Chemnitz. In 2017, she successfully passed the Swiss specialization exam in ophthalmic surgery. From 2017-2022, Dr. Schweier worked at the Heuberger Eye Clinic in Olten with a focus on anterior segment surgery. Publications.
